If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your device in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Item
Place the smartwatch and all original accessories/manuals back into the original packaging to ensure a valid return.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the device. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
